These terms apply to LaoVPN cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Eligibility

LaoVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve international route connections and the experience of accessing international websites. The regions available for connection, route status, and client compatibility are based on the information shown on the website and in the user panel at the time.

Network connections may be affected by the user's location, carrier routing, target service policies, device configuration, and route maintenance. The service provides available routes and connection tools, but does not guarantee access to any particular website, content region, or third-party feature in every location or at all times. Third-party service content, account policies, and regional rules are determined independently by their operators.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription information, and access to the user panel, and are responsible for activity conducted under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. The activated plan is the one confirmed by the user on the order page. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices online at the same time, but are for use only by the account holder and devices they manage. Accounts or subscriptions may not be sold, rented, or transferred; subscription information may not be publicly posted; and access may not be shared with unspecified parties as a standalone service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account irregularities, and service interruptions caused by resale, public sharing, or inadequate account protection.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to the services they access. Users may not use LaoVPN for unlawful activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, or interfere with the normal use of networks, servers, or other users. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, harassment, bulk abuse, intellectual property infringement, or other acts that clearly harm third-party rights.

Users must determine for themselves whether particular content, websites, or online activities are permitted where they are located. LaoVPN is not involved in transactions or content arrangements between users and third parties, and does not manage or assume responsibility for information, files, goods, or services provided by third-party websites.

Service Availability and Liability

To maintain route quality, security settings, and client compatibility, LaoVPN may adjust routes, perform system maintenance, replace nodes, or update access endpoints. Maintenance, unexpected network failures, carrier changes, target service restrictions, and external events beyond control may temporarily make some routes unavailable or change connection methods. In such cases, users can view currently available endpoints in the user panel and switch routes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LaoVPN is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party service changes, device failures, incorrect configuration, exposed credentials, or use that violates these terms. Users should back up important materials and confirm the connection environment and target address before making payments, transferring files, or handling important business.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the account, order, and payment records can be checked. Users should retain the relevant order information and avoid continuing to consume the associated subscription or traffic package before submitting a request.

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share access, interfere with service operation, infringe third-party rights, or conduct unlawful activity, LaoVPN may restrict features, suspend access, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. When temporary restrictions are applied to investigate unusual use, users may submit a ticket through the user panel to explain the situation. Account termination does not affect responsibilities or dispute handling arising before termination.

Updates and Dispute Resolution

LaoVPN may update these terms based on service content, route arrangements, payment processes, or compliance requirements. The revised text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Significant changes to user rights and obligations will be presented through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If there is a dispute concerning an order, account status, or the application of these terms, users should first submit a ticket through the user panel with the necessary order details and an explanation of the relevant actions. The parties should communicate based on verifiable records; if the matter cannot be resolved by discussion, it will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
